This year’s theme\, Shared Strength\, highlights how faith leaders\, health experts\, community organizations and advocates can work together to support the health and wellness of communities across Indiana. \n\nThe Summit will feature an interfaith panel discussion\, a resource fair with local health and wellness organizations\, a Community Star Award presentation\, and a keynote address by Dr. Leah Gunning Francis\, Senior Vice President and Chief Mission and Values Officer at IU Health. \n\nThe program will also honor Deana Andrew\, founder of Hub of Hope\, with the Community Star Award for her extraordinary grassroots leadership in suicide prevention and mental health advocacy. \n\nWHERE: Lucas Oil Stadium – Quarterback Suite \n500 S.
