A memorial service to honor the life and legacy of Arthur L. Carter, Sr. will be held Saturday, March 14, 2015, at 2:00 pm EST., in the Crispus Attucks Medical Magnet High School Auditorium, 1140 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., Street. Family, friends and organizations which Arthur Carter had an affiliation with will celebrate, honor and remember his contributions to the Indianapolis community, the state of Indiana and the nation. The public is invited.
