‘The Fast And The Furious’
Join the National Bank of Indianapolis for their Summer Night Film Series hosted at the Indianapolis Museum of Art. Films are shown most Friday and Saturday evenings now through Aug. 25. Doors open at 7 p.m. and films start at dusk. Guests are encouraged to bring chairs and blankets, sunscreen, hats and bug spray. Food and drinks will be available for purchase or guests can pack their own picnics. Tickets are $12 for the general public and $8 for IMA members. Daniel Weatherspoon
Grammy, ASCAP, Dove and Stellar award-winning producer Daniel Weatherspoon takes the stage at The Jazz Kitchen on Friday, June 30. Weatherspoon’s new album, “The Langley Park Project,” which debuted at No. 1 on Billboard’s Contemporary Jazz Album Chart, creates a new perspective on Modern Day Jazz. Zoolapalooza Concert Series
Indy’s top bands will perform today’s hottest hits at Zoolapalooza, sponsored by Central Indiana Honda Dealers and hosted by the Indianapolis Zoo and White River Gardens. The next show takes place Friday, June 30, from 5:30–8:30 p.m. Food stations will offer new menu items, and attendees can also visit a full bar featuring beer samples from local breweries. The Temptations & The Four Tops

Clint Breeze & The Groove
With a special guest to be announced, Clint Breeze and The Groove are going to break it down at the Pioneer restaurant on Saturday, July 1. Doors open at 10:30 p.m., and the performance will start at 11 p.m. Brainchild of Indianapolis native and hip-hop producer Carrington Clinton, Breeze combines heavy drum compositions with raw and catchy rhythms. The event is for guests 21 and over, and admission is $7.
Straight Up Stupid Sunday!
Laugh the night away for the 9-year anniversary of Straight Up Stupid Sunday at Morty’s Comedy Joint on Sunday, July 2. Doors open at 7 p.m. and the show starts at 8 p.m. The July 2 show will be hosted by comedian Sticks featuring special guest headliner Vanessa Fraction, known for her role in “Barbershop 2.” Tickets are $15 in advance and $20 at the door and can be purchased on mortyscomedy.com.
