The Indianapolis Professional Association, a local organization devoted to promoting and developing the education and economy of African-Americans, is inviting the public to its 2017 spring organizational networking luncheon. The theme of this yearās event is mentoring in Indy, and they hope to teach attendees how to equip the next generation. The event includes a panel of leaders from various local youth-serving organizations who will address the important subject ofĀ mentoring.Ā
āWhat is actually going on in Indy with respect to the various services provided for our local youth?Ā How many youth are being served? Are these programs effective? Is there collaboration between these youth-serving organizations? These specific questions and more should be raised and answered at the event. We want a full house for this upcoming informative and memorable event,ā said Bernard Huff, program coordinator for the luncheon.
