On Oct. 27 at 7 p.m., at New Wineskins Ministries located at 4501 W. 38th Street, Indianapolis, Indiana, Recording Artist Kimberly Kenny will present “An Evening of Worship”. October is Domestic Violence Month and this musical concert is to help raise awareness of this problem that plagues our society. Doors will open at 6:30 p.m. and the event is FREE!
**Offering will benefit Prevail and The Julian Center.
Kim has invited other recording artists to appear, they are as follows:
Shannon Lancaster – Recording Artist and Worship Director at The Caring Place and member of The Group Joshua.
Angela Amos – Recording Artists and leader of the Gospel Singing Group Limitless, and finalist on the Circle of Lights Christmas Tree lighting 2014.
Soul Purpose – (featured artist and doing all background vocals) Neo- Soul Gospel group based in Indianapolis spreading a message of faith with an urban twist. They have recorded and released a CD project named and have recently done background vocals for Josh Kaufman, who won Season 6 of NBC’s The Voice in May 2014.
Will Amos – (The Music director for the event) – Since 2004 Will has worked full time in the music industry. Currently he serves as the Music Director at Living Water Fellowship Church in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Kimberly Kenny is a multi-genre musical artist who sings everything from Gospel to Opera. She has performed in venues around the United States including the famed Apollo Theatre. Kim is also bi-lingual and performs in those languages as well. Kim has a project titled Kimberly Kenny “More Than a Conqueror”. She is set to release a new project/single on Dec. 1, 2014.
