Lucas Oil has been named a 2026 Community Impact Award winner by Culture of Good, Inc.
The Community Impact Awards are presented annually to recognize for-profit and nonprofit organizations across the United States that are making a measurable difference through service, generosity, partnership, and purpose-driven leadership. Culture of Good announced the 2026 Community Impact Award winners publicly during a live virtual celebration on May 27.
“Lucas Oil is honored to receive the Community Impact Award for a second consecutive year, which underscores our team’s commitment to giving back in an intentional way,” said Katie Lucas, president of Lucas Oil. “Philanthropy is central to the work we do at Lucas Oil, and it is deeply meaningful to everyone at our organization to be recognized as a leading voice and steward in this space. Each day, we challenge ourselves with a simple question: How can we best serve others?”
For more than 35 years, Lucas Oil has produced engine oils, additives, appearance and lubricant products that are used in automotive, trucking, motorsports and industrial markets.
Lucas Oil expanded its philanthropic and community impact footprint in 2025 through several key initiatives such as the inaugural Lucas Oil Uncorked fundraiser and co-presenting the 2025 Drumstick Dash, supporting the installation of a children’s shoe bank within Wheeler Mission’s Center for Women & Children.
Culture of Good’s goal is to help organizations strengthen culture, grow leadership, and increase impact by aligning business success with care for people and communities. Through its work, Culture of Good seeks to inspire companies and nonprofits to create meaningful connections, serve others well, and build cultures rooted in purpose.
“We are proud to recognize organizations like Lucas Oil that are choosing to lead with purpose,” Culture of Good Founder Ryan McCarty said in a statement. “The Community Impact Awards celebrate businesses and nonprofits that understand success is not only about what you achieve, but also about how you lift others along the way.”
