Indiana Black Expo is offering unprecedented discounts for two of its major events for Summer Celebration from April 2 until May 28 – Memorial Day.
Groups of 50 or more can receive a 10 percent discount off the total purchase of VIP accommodations for the IBE Music Heritage Festival. While the outdoor concert is free, each year IBE sells out a section roped off closer to the stage for VIP ticket holders.
The concert is July 20. Hall of Fame, Grammy-winner Gladys Knight will headline the show and will be joined by funk bands Zapp and ConFunkShun.
Also, ticket prices for the Summer Celebration Exhibit Hall at the Indiana Convention Center July 20-22 will be reduced to $5 for groups of 10 or more; a $3 saving off the cost of advanced tickets.
Inside the exhibit halls will be a hair show in the new Style Zone, celebrity basketball game, health fair, Cultural Arts Pavilion, Children’s Fun Zone, food vendors and hundreds of exhibit booths.
“We are reaching out to businesses, schools, churches, civic and social groups, fraternities, sororities, lodges, family reunion planners and other organizations to put Summer Celebration on their calendar of events,” said Stacia Murphy, marketing and public relations manager for IBE.
