Carmel-based leadership consulting firm ADVISA added seven new employees to its staff, the firm announced the hires on July 8.
The expansion reflects rising demand for tools and training. These tools help leaders build healthy, inclusive workplaces, ADVISA stated. The firm specializes in culture change using behavioral science.
“Adding new talent is one of the most important decisions leaders make,” ADVISA owner Heather Haas said. “I love the energy and fresh eyes that new employees bring.”
The new team members are:
- Francesca Beck, client success specialist. A Butler University graduate, Beck supports clients using Predictive Index. She previously led corporate onboarding and development programs.
- Mary Browning, client acquisition consultant. Browning brings strategy and growth experience from startups and established firms. She will help implement ADVISA’s growth initiatives.
- Mark Carter, coaching project specialist. Carter, a Hoosier, applies project management skills to ADVISA’s coaching. He previously worked at Teach Indy to retain educators.
- Fiona Rees, revenue operations specialist. An Indiana University Bloomington alum, Rees studied Healthcare Management. She co-founded Future Professionals in Healthcare and managed a behavioral health office.
- Lauren Rosner, data and project specialist. Rosner focuses on data-driven insights and project management. She has a decade in digital marketing, helping scale an agency. She is a DePauw University graduate.
- Chris Sowers, organizational development consultant. A former Cummins leader and longtime ADVISA collaborator, Sowers now helps others apply the firm’s principles. He holds degrees from Purdue and Notre Dame.
- Mary Beth White, leadership development specialist. White earned a master’s from the University of Tennessee. She transitioned to ADVISA after a career as a classroom teacher.
Haas expressed gratitude for the new hires joining the “A-Team.” She anticipates their impact will extend ADVISA’s reach with clients. The firm aims to transform work cultures into sustainably loved workplaces.
