Indiana Fever point guard Caitlin Clark will miss the 2025 WNBA All-Star Game and 3-Point Contest, citing the need to “rest my body.”
Clark announced the decision in a personal statement on July 17.
“I am incredibly sad and disappointed to say I can’t participate,” Clark said.

She thanked the Indianapolis Host Committee for their work preparing All-Star events, calling it “the best All-Star yet.”
Clark confirmed she will still attend games at Gainbridge Fieldhouse in downtown Indianapolis. She plans to assist Coach Sandy Brondello for Team Clark during the All-Star matchup.
“I’m looking forward to helping Sandy coach our team to a win,” Clark said.
Despite her absence, the two-time all-star expressed optimism: “Can’t wait to see you all out there!”
