“Feed the Hungry – Indianapolis” will be held Saturday, November 14th from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at New Life Worship Center’s central campus on 3425 Boulevard Place here in Indianapolis, Indiana. LeSEA Global Feed the Hungry and New Life Worship Center will give away boxes of food to over 800 families with the help of volunteers from Catch the Stars Foundation, New Life Worship Center and several local, government and safety officials. Last year the Feed the Hungry – Indianapolis Food Giveaway feed over 800 families.
The holiday season can be a very stressful time for many families in need. The Annual Feed the Hungry Indianapolis Food Giveaway will be another support system to ensure families in our local community receive food for their family during the winter season. “LeSEA Global Feed the Hungry” was founded by missionary statesman Dr. Lester Sumrall (1913-1996) in 1987. They have delivered more than $200 million in supplies to hungry and hurting people in more than 92 nations around the globe. LeSEA Global Feed the Hungry has delivered help and hope to people nationwide.
General Manager of LeSEA WHMB TV-40, Keith Passon and Pastor John F. Ramsey, Sr., will kick off the event on Saturday, November 14th at 10:15 a.m. Recipients of the giveaway will redeem a Feed the Hungry Indianapolis food voucher for a box of food. Over 100 volunteers will be present to help facilitate the event. Pastor John F. Ramsey Sr., New Life Worship Center staff, local community members, politicians and government officials will all be in attendance to help serve.
