A new Detroit-based business, Elevated Sillage, offers an innovative mobile fragrance bar service that brings personalized scent creation directly to corporate gatherings.

Founded by Sirrita Darby, the company aims to transform standard events into memorable sensory experiences.

Elevated Sillage allows attendees to discover and craft their custom fragrances on-site. Darby chose the name to reflect the French word “sillage,” meaning the scent trail left behind by perfume, intending each personalized scent to evoke elevated memories of the event or host business long afterward.

The service provides companies with custom event favors while enhancing brand identity and offering a novel team-building activity. Beyond the core fragrance creation, Elevated Sillage offers several custom add-ons. These include personal engraving, branded packaging and display elements, bespoke scent names, and alternatives like custom reed diffusers, branded air fresheners, or essential oil necklaces.

This concept taps into a growing demand within the event industry. Recent market research cited by the company indicates that over 60% of event organizers actively seek unique sensory experiences to differentiate their events and leave a lasting impression on clients and employees.

Elevated Sillage focuses on service, innovation, high-quality fragrance components and a sophisticated yet customizable setup suitable for various events, from large product launches to intimate corporate meetings. The fragrance bar’s mobile nature allows it to be deployed wherever an event is held.
