The popular fall festival Harvest Nights returns for another eerie and ghastly season from Sept. 26-Nov. 2.

For the second consecutive year, Everwise Credit Union presents the event, which features a combination of returning favorites and several new experiences, including an immersive walkthrough of a historic manor and a forest of oversized mushrooms.

“It is a spectacle to witness the transformation that The Garden undergoes for Harvest Nights,” Newfields vice president of marketing & external affairs Jonathan Berger said. “This year we embraced beloved elements from years past and put new twists on key elements that are going to become fast favorites.”

A new attraction for 2025 is Mischief Manor, which is included with all event tickets. Inside, guests can explore eleven enchanted rooms designed in collaboration with local artists and businesses, including Color Story Studio, Zhuzh Home Styling & Improvements, Rue de Fleurs and Indiana Paper Company. The experience aims to bring the manor’s “historical features and figures to life.” The adults-only Cutwater Lounge will be available on the upper level for attendees ages 21 and over.

Another new addition is the Fungi Forest, where visitors encounter more than 50 handmade, larger-than-life mushrooms created by artist Kara Kent and Expo Design. The installation will be situated among the festival’s thousands of pumpkins and gourds.

Returning features include the artist-made Garden Monsters, which follow a “Thickets & Thorns” theme supported by Corteva, the Pumpkin Path of Peril, the Ghost Train and the Raven Orchard.

The evening culminates outside Mischief Manor with a projection-mapped show. The display, created by Addy Award-winning Lightborne Communication, depicts ghosts and apparitions dancing around the manor while “The Three Graces” attempt to maintain order.

The festival would not be complete without seasonal food and drink. Newfields offers cinnamon Bavarian crĆØme churros, giant pretzels and vampire fries seasoned with parmesan and garlic. Beverage options will include Spooky Campfire Cocoa made with Mash & Mallow S’mores Whiskey, Whiskey Applejack from Uncle Nearest Premium Whiskey, seasonal cocktails from Cutwater and a lineup of draft beers from partner Elysian Brewing Co., including the Night Owl Pumpkin Ale.

“We’re dedicated to helping people build brighter financial futures, and that commitment extends to supporting programs that enrich the communities where our members live and work,” Vice President of marketing at Everwise Credit Union Trisha Smith said. “Harvest Nights is a perfect way to connect with the Indianapolis community and celebrate the magic of fall. We look forward to another incredible season at Newfields.”

Tickets for the event are now on sale, starting at $25. Children five and under receive free admission. Visit discovernewfields.org for more.
