With the 2025 Minor League Baseball season entering its final innings, the Indianapolis Indians’ schedule explodes with fan-friendly promotions and events at Victory Field in downtown Indianapolis one final time this year.
As the Triple-A affiliate of the Pittsburgh Pirates, the team encourages local fans to come out and enjoy America’s pastime before the offseason begins.
On Aug. 28, Victory Field unleashes ‘Friday Fireworks,’ following the game against the Buffalo Bisons. That night is also ‘Marvel Super Hero Nightā where the first 2,500 fans receive a Marvel comic book.

Fans are encouraged to come in costume for a chance to participate in in-game activities.
The weekend concludes Aug. 31, and it is a highlight for families. It features ‘Kids Eat Free Sundays,’ where all children 14 and under receive a free meal and the ‘ZOOperstars!’ performance, which combines comedy with synchronized dance routines.
The promotions continue into September with another Tuesday Dollar Menu on Sept. 9 and a Wednesday Day Game at 1:35 p.m. on Sept. 10 , perfect for a business lunch or afternoon off ‘At The Vic.’
The season culminates with Fan Appreciation Weekend from Sept. 12-14, which includes:Fireworks after the games on Sept. 12 and 13.
- Scratch-off cards for the first 2,500 fans on Sept. 13 for a chance to win game-worn gear.
- Ā Ā A Pirates Mystery Card Set for the first 2,500 fans on Sept. 14, with a chance to find a rare 1-of-1 card to win a signed item.
- Another Kids Eat Free Sunday on Sept. 14.
When gates open, all giveaway items are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. The team advises fans to arrive early for popular giveaway events. Children under 3 require a ticket to receive promotion items.
