The We Talk Leadership Collective is launching a new fellowship to help shift the conversation about women’s advancement. The Collective is an eight-month, cohort-based fellowship designed to equip professional women with the negotiation, strategic communication, and decision-making skills required to advance professionally and strengthen their economic power.

The fellowship will be at The Propylaeum on 1410 N Delaware St. The program will welcome an inaugural cohort of 12 women to allow for a small, high impact learning environment.

Amanda L. Bonilla, founder of ICN Solutions and Women’s Equity (WE) Enterprise said, “When women can negotiate resources, authority, and compensation, everyone benefits teams are stronger, leadership pipelines are healthier, and retention improves.”

The fellowship includes monthly in-person mastery sessions, individual coaching, peer accountability partnerships, and the development of a personalized blueprint that serves as a strategic roadmap for participants to assess market value and activate professional sponsorship for the year following the program.

WE Talk is open to women across industries and participants are encouraged to explore employer sponsorship through professional development, leadership, or talent investment budgets.

Applications for the inaugural cohort are open now until Feb. 2, with sessions beginning Friday, March 13. Meetings will take place on Fridays once per month from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. For more information or to apply, visit https://www.webrunchindy.com/wetalk
