More by this author

On Tuesday April 5th, in person early voting begins in the Marion County Clerk’s Office. Marion County residents can vote early in the Clerk’s Office during the weekdays from 8:00 A.M. until 5:00 P.M. Voters do not need a reason to vote early in person in the Clerk’s Office, but must provide a valid government issued photo ID.

Weekend hours for in person early voting will be 10:00 A.M. until 5:00 P.M. Weekend early voting will occur on:
·         Saturday April 23rd and Sunday April 24th; and
·         Saturday April 30th and Sunday May 1st.

On Monday May 2nd, the last day to vote early, voters can vote in the Clerk’s Office from 8:00 A.M. until noon. The Primary Election will be Tuesday May 3rd from 6:00 A.M. until 6:00 P.M.

The Marion County Clerk’s Office wants to ensure everyone is prepared for in person early voting. Parking near the City-County Building presents a challenge to voters due to construction. To that end, voters who come to the Clerk’s Office for in person early voting should park in the EZ Park lot located at 355 E. Pearl Street, Indianapolis, IN 46204. The lost must be accessed from Pearl Street.

This open air parking lot is located at the southwest corner of Pearl Street and New Jersey Street, directly west of the LaQuinta Inn Hotel and just north of the Indianapolis Heliport. Look for the EZ Park signs to direct you west on Pearl Street from New Jersey Street.

Voters who park in the Pearl Street lot for in person early voting will not incur parking fees as a courtesy from the Marion County Clerk’s Office.
