JLL To Manage Chase Tower

More by this author

INDIANAPOLIS-Jones Lang LaSalle has been tapped to manage and lease the 1.1-million-square-foot Chase Tower. The downtown building is owned by Macquarie Office Trust and is 99% occupied.

“We are delighted to be selected as the exclusive leasing and managing agent of Chase Tower,” says EVP John Robinson. “Chase Tower is the largest and tallest building in Indiana and it defines Indianapolis’ impressive skyline.”

Robinson and JLL colleague Adam Broderick will be the leasing team. Additionally, Jeff Reynolds, who has managed the office building for the last 6 years will become part of JLL and remain as the general manager of the property.

JLL executives say the team will focus on maintaining the tenants already occupying space in the 48-story building as well as locating other “quality tenants.”

Besides being such a large management deal for JLL, the agreement is also noteworthy since JLL opened a full-service office here in the city only a year ago. The firm now has 15 employees in Indianapolis and an additional 150 employees in Central Indiana.

With the Chase Tower deal, JLL will be opening an additional office within the building.
