The 2025 NFL Scouting Combine is underway at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, running from Feb. 27-March 2.

This annual event showcases approximately 330 top college football prospects as they perform various drills and undergo evaluations in front of NFL coaches, general managers and scouts.

The Indianapolis Recorder has composed a general overview of the events happening during the NFL Scouting Combine, as it is free for fans.

2025 NFL Scouting Combine schedule

Feb. 28: Defensive Backs and Tight Ends are scheduled for on-field workouts starting at 3 p.m.

March 1: Quarterbacks, Wide Receivers and Running Backs will begin workouts at 1 p.m.

March 2: Offensive Linemen are set to perform at 1 p.m.

All sessions are broadcast live on the NFL Network, with streaming available through NFL Network+ and NFL.com.

Notable prospects and NFL Combine absences:

Several top prospects are participating in the 2025 NFL Scouting Combine, including defensive linemen Deone Walker (Kentucky) and Kenneth Grant (Michigan), aiming to enhance their draft stock with strong showcases.

However, some notable players are absent from specific training:

  • Abdul Carter (Penn State): The standout edge rusher is not participating due to a shoulder injury and is expected to work out at his pro day.

Shedeur Sanders (Colorado): The quarterback is among those likely to skip passing drills at the NFL Scouting Combine.
