Oakbrook Dental Center is asking the community to donate canned food and/or small toys through Nov. 10. Canned food items should reflect Thanksgiving meals such as yams, greens, potatoes, gravy, cranberry sauce, etc. Toys are needed for children under 12 valued at $25 or less.
Items will be collected at Laurelwood Apartments Community Center, 3340 Teakwood Dr., on Nov. 12 from 2 to 4 p.m.
