On Sept. 22 the Division of Homeland Security (DHS) and the Department of Public Safety are spearheading an effort to improve the overall disaster preparedness of the Indianapolis metropolitan area by hosting the 2015 DHS Disaster Preparedness Seminar: Keys to Survival. The seminar is an opportunity for Indianapolis residents to learn about disaster preparedness from keynote speakers from DHS, FEMA, MESH, the Marion County Public Health Department, and our private partners at Rook Security.
