The 2011-12 Indiana Pacemates, presented by Bright House Networks, will be announced as part of an audition showcase which is open to the public. Free parking will be available in the Virginia Avenue Garage (starting at 5:00 p.m.).
The showcase will consist of four parts:
· A choreographed dance routine with all of the 24 final candidates together
· Smaller group performances
· A fitness presentation
· On-stage interview with Michael Grady from 1070 the Fan
· Solo performances by each candidate
The Fever Inferno, the hip-hop dance team of the Indiana Fever, will also perform.
At the end of the program, a special panel of judges will help to choose the final team that will comprise the 2011-12 Indiana Pacemates dance team. They will receive gift bags from Pacemates sponsors Salon 01 and Sun Tan City.
