The chief of staff for the Indiana Department of Agriculture is taking over as the agency’s deputy director.
Lt. Gov. Becky Skillman says Tony Hahn will assume his new duties immediately.
As deputy director, Hahn will oversee implementation of the department’s strategic plan and will manage the agency’s budget. He also will serve as a liaison for Gov. Mitch Daniels’ administration to the state’s agriculture industry.
Before joining the Department of Agriculture, Hahn was an attorney with Indianapolis law firm Hensley Legal Group, where he specialized in civil litigation and bankruptcy law.
