Meijer, a Grand Rapids, Mich.-based retailer that operates 204 supercenters and grocery stores throughout Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois and Kentucky is looking to fill more than 540 positions.
Meijer is continuing to conduct interviews for two new Indianapolis area stores, scheduled to open in Whitestown and Plainfield this summer.
Two hundred seventy open positions at each store will include clerks and cake decorators to customer service, cashiers, receiving and meat cutters. Starting pay will be based on experience level and specific skills.

Enter Whitestown or Plainfield in the location search field and click “Go.” Hourly candidates will find positions by clicking the “New Store Meijer Opening Soon in Whitestown” or the “New Store Meijer Opening Soon in Plainfield” postings. The positions will be outlined within the postings.
Meijer leadership will conduct phone interviews during the next few weeks. Selected candidates will then be contacted to schedule an in-person interview.
