The final IPS boys basketball team in the state tournament field dropped just one game short of a shot at a championship when Crispus Attucks fell to Silver Creek at semistate March 16. The Tigers have won at least 20 games three straight seasons now, starting with their state title run in 2016-17.
An unfortunate ending, yes, but with the end of one sport comes the beginning of others. Weāre moving on to spring sports: baseball, softball, track and field, tennis and golf. Thatās where weāll go next week.
