According to Webster’s Dictionary, the word good means suitable. In my dictionary, Penn Station means addictive.
The famous New York based sub shop has created some of the best food in the restaurant industry.
My personal favorite sub sandwich at Penn Station is their Philadelphia cheese steak. This beloved meal is also favored by many customers as well, who typically add fresh cut potato fries and lemonade.
The moment you walk into the restaurant, team members greet you and offer the daily special. The vivacious environment and greeting is nothing compared to the meal you will receive and eat minutes later.
The menu choices will leave you scratching your head to determine exactly what you want to order. However, don’t worry because team members are always there to help, and will even provide samples of the menu choice.
If it’s your first time trying Penn Station, try the traditional club sandwich that includes smoked ham, oven-roasted turkey breast, apple-smoked bacon, Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, honey mustard and mayo. Doesn’t that sound delicious?
For those who want to eat a more healthy meal choice, try the grilled artichoke, chicken, tuna, or grilled vegetarian sandwiches.
Penn Station has the best bread. The moment you take a bite into your sandwich, the bread will melt inside your mouth. The fresh, oven-baked bread has a soft enticing taste sure to please.
Alongside sandwiches, the menu choice also includes cheese bread, chocolate chip cookies and the best lemonade you’ll ever taste.
There is truly something on the menu for everyone. Chicken lovers should try the chicken teriyaki, parmesan, or cordon bleu sandwiches.
For a more meaty choice, try the pizza, Italian or sausage subs which includes the choice of sautéed onions and fresh mushrooms.
If you’re not a fan of sub sandwiches, then at least try the potato fries. Not only are they freshly cut, but they are also seasoned to perfection. The aroma in the air from these fries will have you anticipating tasting them.
If you’re ready to step into another world, prepare your stomachs for a delicious taste of Penn Station.
