‘Go Ape’ treetop adventure at Eagle Creek Park
“Go Ape,” a treetop adventure, is coming to Eagle Creek Park.
The eco-educational outdoor experience will provide visitors with two to three hours of outdoor fun and exercise while they navigate through the treetops.
The course will span six acres and feature five ziplines, two Tarzan swings, and a series of rope ladders, bridges, swings, and trapezes, all situated in the treetops of Eagle Creek Park.
Catering to all skill levels, “Go Ape” is said to be ideal for friend and family outings, corporate team building, school groups and church groups. The outing brings out the inner adventurer in everyone and allows visitors to experience nature as they never have before – 40 feet in the trees.

Symphonic Choir plans monumental performance
The Indianapolis Symphonic Choir marks its 75th anniversary season with a performance of the Berlioz Requiem. In terms of performing forces, this piece is among the largest musical compositions for choir and orchestra and brings to the stage over 200 singers, a large orchestra, tenor soloist and four off-stage brass bands.
The performance will be May 5 at 8 p.m. in Hilbert Circle Theatre.
Jacksons concert
in Indiana, kentucky
Jackie, Jermaine, Marlon and Tito Jackson will perform June 18 in Louisville, Ky., on the opening date of their Unity Tour 2012.
The concert will be at the Louisville Palace Theatre, 625 Fourth Ave., Louisville.
Tickets go on sale April 30. They range in price from $39.50 to $99.50.
The Jacksons will also return to “the region” on June 22 for a concert at the Star Plaza Theatre, 8001 Delaware Place, Merrillville, Ind. Tickets are $55 to $80 and are now on sale.
The Jacksons last toured together in support of their album “Victory” in 1984.
