It’s time to blow out candles on the birthday cake with Monkey Joe’s, a children’s entertainment center complete with indoor jumps, slides and obstacle courses.
The indoor playground also hosts wall-to-wall inflatables, including a main play center and a separate Mini Monkey Zone for toddlers. This fun destination is known for its infamous birthday and group parties.
The nationwide birthday will be an all-day event serving as a customer appreciation day for all Monkey Joe’s attendees and families on President’s Day, Feb. 18. The party will include giveaways, activities and a special birthday celebration.
Parents can bring children ages 2 to 12-years-old to have a good time.
“It’s a small way to give back to the community,” said Scott Yoder owner of the Monkey Joe’s Indianapolis locations. “Kids can come out and burn some energy while having fun. Especially since they will be home from school that day.”
A discounted admission rate of $5 is offered to guests during the special day – $9 is the normal entry fee. Free pizza will be distributed to the first 100 children, and birthday party goodie bags to the first 75 children. In addition attendees will participate in singing happy birthday to the Monkey Joe mascot.
The Indianapolis’ locations have activities planned throughout the day for families to enjoy. Parents won’t feel left out either. The facility is equipped with a parent lounge including seating, computer stations and flat screen TVs.
“Monkey Joe’s birthday party provides us an opportunity to thank our loyal customers for their continued support of Monkey Joe’s locations across the country,” Sonny Crumpton brand manager at Monkey Joe’s explained in a recent interview. “As a way to honor families that visit Monkey Joe’s time and time again, we wanted to show our appreciation with a discounted admission, special treats and events, which we believe both the children and parents will enjoy.”
Participating locations will be open at 10 a.m. For more information on your nearest location visit monkeyjoes.com.
