Public library hosts Tony Radford as artist-in-residence

The Indianapolis Public Library will be hosting Tony Radford, an artist-in-residence, at a local branch located on 5420 E. 38th Street where refreshments and entertainment will be provided. 

Radford’s art will be available for purchase at the branch on Friday, July 29 from 6:15-9:00 p.m. The event is part of the Summer Arts Exhibit initiative.
