The eighth annual Gloria Adams Memorial Award was presented to Bianca King, who will be attending Wabash Valley College. Marcus Hyde and Michael Wysinger are the co-recipients of the inaugural Dr. Lehman D. Adams Memorial Award. Hyde is on his way to Indiana State University, while Wysinger plans to attend the University of Southern Indiana. The awards were presented along with a few powerful words of encouragement by Indianapolis Colts Chaplain, Ken Johnson. The awards luncheon was held at the Madame C.J. Walker Center on behalf of We’re Helping Youth! Inc.
