The Center for Leadership Development (CLD) will host its Minority Achievers Awards & Scholars Gala on Thursday, March 12 from 6-8:30 p.m. at the Indiana Convention Center.
The Annual Minority Achievers Awards & Scholars Gala is an evening of recognition where CLD, educators, business, corporate, and community leaders gather to celebrate the achievements of minority professionals, community leaders, and CLD scholars.
“In 2025, over $7 million in full and partial scholarship funds were awarded to CLD Alumni, and since 2004, CLD students have been awarded over $52 million in scholarships,” the website states.
CLD’s mission is to guide and support minority youth in central Indiana to become professional, business and community leaders. The organization provides programs and resources aimed at developing leadership skills, academic achievement and career readiness.
