Lifeguards needed at Indy Parks

More by this author

Indy Parks and Recreation is now hiring more than 300 seasonal lifeguards and pool supervisors to safely operate 20 aquatic facilities throughout Marion County.

Lifeguarding is a great job for high school and college students, teachers looking for summer employment, or older adults wanting to become more involved in their community.

Indy Parks’ lifeguards are trained and certified in water rescue techniques, first aid, and CPR. The training is completed at an Indy Parks’ internal training facility and is available on select weekends starting April 4.

Interested individuals can apply online at Indy.gov/lifeguard or call (317) 327-1470 for more information.
