The Indiana Fever have clinched a No. 3 seed in the WNBA Playoffs. It is Indiana’s 11th consecutive playoff appearance and the 12th in 16 seasons. The Fever will face the Chicago Sky in an opening-round matchup to mark the third straight season the Fever and Sky have met in the playoffs.
The Fever will host Game 2 of the series, Sept. 19, at 7 p.m., at Bankers Life Fieldhouse. Bankers Life Fieldhouse has been the site of more WNBA playoffs games (28), than any other venue. The winner of the Chicago/Indiana series will meet the winner of the New York/Washington series in the Eastern Conference Finals.
