Martin University will host a High School Job Fair Extravaganza on Thursday, May 18, on the campus at 2186 N. Sherman Drive, for high school students. The event will be held from 9 a.m.ānoon in the Fr. Boniface Hardin Gathertorium. More than 300 high school students are expected to attend this event. More than 55 employers have committed to the event.
The eventās purpose is to provide job opportunities for high school students.Ā
āMartin Universityās mission has always included serving the community. The event will provide high school-aged students with the opportunity to meet employers who are actively looking to fill positions within their respective organizations,ā said Tracey Jackson, director of student services and enrollment management.
Employers participating include Aflac, Employ Indy, Engaging Solutions, FedEx, Indy Parks, Kroger, Marion County Sheriffās Office, United States Army National Guard, UPS and Work One.
