Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, in partnership with the Greater Indianapolis NAACP and Pregnancy Choices Indy, will host a Community Baby Shower from 1–3 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 16 at The Children’s Museum of Indianapolis.
The free, family-friendly event aims to celebrate and support new and expectant parents in Indianapolis through education, resources and community connections. Guests can enjoy food, games, giveaways and expert-led sessions focused on prenatal and postpartum health, nutrition and family wellness.
The first 200 moms-to-be who register will receive a special gift bag with essential items for both mother and baby. Registration is required at 2025babyshower.eventbrite.com.

Representatives from Anthem, The Children’s Museum of Indianapolis, the Greater Indianapolis NAACP and Pregnancy Choices Indy will be in attendance, alongside other community partners.
The initiative underscores Anthem’s ongoing efforts to improve maternal health outcomes across Indiana. According to Anthem, the event is part of a broader mission to help families overcome barriers to care, support, and education during pregnancy and early parenthood.
