IndyGo Summer Youth Pass on sale now

More by this author

With an IndyGo Summer Youth Pass, children and teens – ages 18 and under – can hop aboard the bus and ride to museums, the zoo, summer school, Indy parks, jobs and other destinations throughout Marion County. This year, IndyGo is collaborating with the Marion County Commission on Youth (MCCOY) and Summer Servings to help promote access to youth services within the community.

The Summer Youth Pass is available through IndyGo Customer Service and is valid now through Aug. 31 for $30.

Children ages 18 and under are eligible for the Summer Youth Pass and IndyGo Half Fare Programs. Passengers using the youth pass or any reduced fare pass must present a valid student ID (K-12) or an IndyGo Half Fare ID card when riding the bus. ID cards may be obtained for $2 by completing the Half Fare ID card application, available online at IndyGo.net or at the Customer Service Center. Half fare ID applications must be completed and presented in person at the Customer Service Center, located at 34 N. Delaware St.

An additional perk for 2012 Summer Youth Pass holders is free admission to the Indiana Historical Society’s Indiana Experience at the Eugene and Marilyn Glick Indiana History Center.

For more information, call (317) 635-3344 or visit IndyGo.net.
