Ivy Tech Community College is hosting a “Get Hired” Boot Camp on May 19 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Career Services office, 101. W. 28th St. (corner of 28th and Illinois).
This workshop is designed to increase networking opportunities, teach grads how to scope out the “hidden job market,” and help them perfect their marketing pitch.
“Get Hired” will also: help you create your own personal brand on your resume and through your interview answers show you how to access the other 80 percent of the jobs in the so called “Hidden Market”; and have you interviewing like a star with practice interviews and creating a positive first impression.
Other workshops will be held June 1 and June 20.
