Community Health Network, an Indianapolis-based integrated delivery system, is partnering with the Metropolitan School District of Warren Township in Marion County to offer school-based primary and behavioral care.
The Jane Pauley Community Health Center opened Sept. 23 in Renaissance School in Indianapolis and will use the Centricity EMR software of GE Healthcare, Waukesha, Wis. Community Health Network will provide a physician, nurse practitioner and psychologist, and serve community residents regardless of insurance coverage or income.
The goal is to integrate medical, dental and behavioral health to provide a complete electronic health record. The delivery system has used the Centricity EMR since 2002. More information is available at ecommunity.com/newsroom/view.aspx?Page=545.
