This week, the Anderson chapter of the Indiana Black Expo will kick off its 2015 Summer Festival.
The organization, whose mission is to be an effective voice and vehicle for the social and economic advancement of African-Americans, will open the festival with an ecumenical service held this evening at Bethesda Missionary Baptist Church, 2124 Cedar Street. The guest speaker will be Pastor Kenneth Sullivan and doors open at 6:30 p.m.
