Art on the Avenue presents: R-Vision

The Madame Walker Theatre Center presents R-Vision, an exhibition by visual artist RoShaunda Carpenter. Join The Walker for the R-Vision reception and enjoy the sounds of jazz artist Jefri Payne. At the Human Library, Indianapolis residents have volunteered to be ā€œchecked outā€ as ā€œbooksā€ by others who want to ask them sensitive questions about their experience. Cut it Down Productions and TopKnotch Entertainment invite the public to the Day Trippin’ Day Party on Friday, Nov. 3, at 5 p.m. Visit Social, 245 S. McCrea St., to kick back while Indy’s hottest DJs provide musical entertainment. This party is 21-plus, and admission is $5.

Art Riot!

Join Arts for Learning for Art Riot!, an evening of interactive performances and artistic activities. Enjoy complimentary hors d’oeuvres, wine and local craft beer. All proceeds go to Arts for Learning. Event takes place on Thursday, Nov. 2, at 6 p.m. at Indiana Landmarks Center.
