Black Onyx Management, an Indy-based management consulting firm, is celebrating their addition of 18 employees in the past two years. The firm’s commitment to diversity is echoed in their leadership, which is majority Black women.

The company also emphasized their research-based approach through a new brand identity. Their recent efforts to develop programs to empower communities and create lasting changes include the development of The Children’s Museum’s strategic plan, enhancing IPS’ supplier diversity program and helping stand up Equity 1821’s Black led loan fund.
