INDIANAPOLIS – Former President George H.W. Bush will visit Indiana next month for a charity event to raise money for research on Alzheimer’s disease.
Bush served as president from 1989 to early 1993. He will be at an event at the Indiana Roof Ballroom in downtown Indianapolis on Nov. 19, with individual tickets costing $250.
Proceeds will benefit the Indiana Alzheimer Disease Center at the Indiana University School of Medicine and the Indiana Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association and their missions to eliminate Alzheimer’s disease.
It will also benefit the Deane F. Johnson Center Foundation located in the Center for Neurotherapeutics at UCLA, a clinical trial center devoted to advancing treatment of neurological diseases.
