Police: 4 killed in shooting at downtown Louisville bank

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (AP) — Louisville police say at least four people were killed and nine others wounded in a shooting at a bank building in downtown Louisville. Louisville Metro Police Deputy Chief Paul Humphrey told a news conference that the suspect was also dead after the Monday morning shooting. Humphrey said the wounded included two police officers. Officers who arrived on the scene exchanged gunfire with the shooter but it wasn't clear how he died. Humphrey said the shooter appeared to be a former employee of the bank. An emotional Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear said he lost two friends in the shooting.
