Ballard to take oath of office Jan. 1

Mayor Greg Ballard will take the oath of office and deliver his second inaugural address on Jan. 1 at 1 p.m. at the Indiana War Memorial.

The Indianapolis Children’s Choir will perform.

Doors open at noon. A reception will be held immediately following the ceremony.

The ceremony is open to the public.
