COOKIES N CREAM (Santa approved!)
1 3/4 ounces Don Papa Rum
1 1/3 ounces cookie-soaked milk
1/3 ounce chocolate sauce
Garnish: Whipped cream, sprinkles and a cookie
Method: Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake hard until chilled and strain into a rocks glass. Top with cream and garnish and serve.
DON TODDY
1 3/4 ounce Don Papa Rum
3/4 ounce lemon
1 3/4 ounce boiling water
1 ounce cinnamon and ginger honey
Garnish: Lemon wheel, cinnamon sticks
Method: Combine all ingredients in a glass, stir and garnish. Serve while hot.
EVE OF THE DON
1 3/4 ounces Don Papa Rum
1 3/4 bar spoon raspberry and thyme puree
3/4 ounce lemon
3/4 bar spoon sugar
Top with prosecco
Garnish: Raspberry and thyme with lemon zest
Method: Combine all but the prosecco in a shaker with ice and shake hard until diluted and chilled. Strain into a glass, garnish and serve.
