I’ve visited Cheeseburger in Paradise before, but I neglected to try their hamburgers… shame on me. So on my next visit I was determined not to miss out.
I was not disappointed.
I’ve been wanting to go back, ever since I left. Once you walk in you are bound to notice the Hawaiian theme going on, including a tiki bar, palm trees and lantern lights. You feel like you stepped out of Indy and into a mini vacation spot. The place was lively. The music was jumping. Plus, I was excited to eat. This all equals a great time.
I settled on the Guacamole Bacon Burger. I was not daring enough to include the guacamole on the burger, so I got it on the side. Ha! I’m just a rebel. Let me say that my meal was delicious with a capital “d.” The burger was grilled just right, the bun was crisp and the applewood-smoked bacon was delectable.
The fries really had me hooked. I wanted to stop eating them, but that just wasn’t possible. They were topped with some sort of seasoning that was fabulous. Just thinking about them makes me crave them again.
My friends tried the Bacon Cheddar Burger and the Powerhouse Burger. Both looked tasty, and from what I heard was worth every bite. I will warn you that the burgers can look a bit intimidating. I was sure I wouldn’t be able to take a bite, let alone eat the whole meal.
What also caught my attention were the restrooms. I know you are thinking, “restrooms?” Yes! The women’s restroom was super clean and smelled delightful. The fish swimming in the ocean painting along the walls was also a nice touch. I had to mention that. Cleanliness is definitely a plus in my book.
This is really a nice spot to relax with friends. I will definitely be back, and I shall stick with burgers from now on.
