UTICA, Ind. (AP) _ Residents along the rain-swollen Ohio River in Utica have been evacuating their homes in advance of predicted flooding.
U-Haul trailers, box trucks and even semis splashed through wet streets Sunday as people moved their belongings.
Seventy-nine-year-old Clarence Snelling says he’s been in every flood since 1937, and this is the third time he’s evacuated his home.
