Determined to solve a nagging problem in the New Year? Free legal advice from local lawyers is only a phone call away.
On Tuesday, January 10, the Indianapolis Bar Association will offer Legal Line, a free legal advice call-in service. Anyone seeking advice can simply call 317-269-2000 from 6 to 8 p.m. and speak to an attorney at no fee and with no further obligation.
Lawyers answering Legal Line calls work in law firms, agencies and organizations throughout the city and donate their time in order to provide this valuable community service. They’ll be prepared to provide assistance with questions on topics like divorce, child custody, child support, landlord/tenant issues, bankruptcy, personal injury, employment law and more.Ā All calls are confidential.
Legal Line takes place the second Tuesday of each month from January through November. Following this month’s program, the next Legal Line will take place on Tuesday, February 14.
