Felicia Williams is Indianapolis’ new Chase Community Manager. This role—part of a national network of Community Managers in all lower 48 states—is dedicated to building stronger financial futures in Indianapolis.
Q: To start off – can you explain the Community Manager role and how it’s different from your previous experience?
A: As a Community Manager, I support Indianapolis by connecting neighbors, businesses, and local leaders to the right financial resources for their unique needs. I’ve been with JPMorganChase for over 10 years in client service and operations-focused roles, where I saw firsthand how deeply financial health and community well-being are connected. Now, I have the privilege of working alongside nonprofits, schools, faith organizations, and local leaders to support the financial well-being and opportunity of Indianapolis through workshops and support from the local Chase team. This role allows me to work in the community, not from behind a desk—meeting people face-to-face, listening to their concerns, and connecting them with resources that can make a tangible difference in their lives.
Q: What attracted you to this role and to Indianapolis?
Community Managers work at the intersection of education, empowerment, and real community impact. I help people build stronger financial futures and achieve goals that matter to them—whether that’s buying a home, getting out of debt, or simply feeling more secure.
Indianapolis is vibrant and growing, but there’s still a lot of opportunity to help empower residents. We have the community, the heart, and the people to make financial health a priority, and I’m honored to be part of that effort. This role allows me to do that work directly in the community. I know I am making a real difference in people’s lives.
Q: What neighborhoods in Indianapolis do you support, and what is your approach?
A: As Community Manager for Indianapolis, I serve communities across our city. My approach starts with listening—understanding the unique needs here and working together to address local priorities and reach goals.
I believe every neighborhood has strengths and assets, and my role is to amplify and empower them. Whether supporting local small business owners, helping young people learn money skills early, or partnering with nonprofits on financial empowerment initiatives, everything we do is designed to support Indianapolis. Ultimately, I’m here to foster connections, create spaces where belonging thrives, and ensure our neighbors know they have a long-term partner invested in them.
Q: How does this build upon JPMorganChase’s continued commitment to Indianapolis?
A: JPMorganChase has supported Indianapolis for over 190 years – not just as a place of business, but as a vibrant community of customers, clients, employees, and partners. Our 1,600 employees are deeply committed to serving our nearly 750,000 customers here.
Q: How can folks get in touch with you?
Stop by your local Chase branch to learn more about my upcoming workshops and available resources—open to all, no matter who you bank with. My team and I look forward to getting to know you.
