Public Advocates in Community re-Entry (PACE) has announced a new partnership with Aspire Indiana Health, bringing the Mobile Access Care for You (MACY) mobile health clinic to PACE’s Indianapolis location on a monthly basis. This collaboration aims to enhance health care accessibility for PACE clients, their families and residents of the near northside neighborhood.

The MACY mobile unit, operated by Aspire Indiana Health, is equipped to deliver a variety of physical and behavioral health services directly to underserved communities. The clinic will visit PACE from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on the second Wednesday of each month from June through December 2025 at 1314 N. Meridian Street.

Services provided by MACY include health examinations for families and referrals to Aspire’s specialized care, such as behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment.

“This partnership is a game-changer for the people we serve,” said Rhiannon Edwards, PACE executive director. “Many of our clients face significant barriers to accessing quality healthcare. Bringing MACY to our campus ensures they can receive vital services in a safe, familiar environment. We’re excited to deepen our impact with Aspire’s support.”

Aspire Indiana Health’s MACY clinic is designed to remove barriers to care, addressing challenges like transportation, stigma and time constraints.

Dr. Holly Oh, Chief Medical Officer at Aspire Indiana Health, emphasized the importance of this collaboration.

“We are proud to partner with PACE to bring health care directly to where people are,” Oh said. “MACY is about removing barriers to care — whether it’s transportation, stigma or time. Together with PACE, we are meeting people where they are and connecting them to the support they need to thrive.”
