An Indianapolis company is one of 15 nationwide being honored by the Defense Department for supporting employees who serve in the National Guard and Reserve.
Perpetual Technologies Inc. received the Employer Support Freedom Award from Deputy Secretary of Defense William J. Lynn III in Washington, D.C., recently.
Ten percent of the company’s work force is made up of current or former Guard and Reserve members. When the military members return from duty, the company recognizes them at public events and prominently displays yellow ribbons throughout its facilities.
It also contributes to the Indiana National Guard Relief Fund.
