Carmel residents are going to crave this: Corner Bakery Cafe, the fast-casual restaurant known for its fresh, ingredient-inspired food, will open Indiana’s first location on Monday, August 10. The new Clay Terrace cafe is located at 14550 Clay Terrace Boulevard, Suite 100.
Corner Bakery Cafe serves made-to-order food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The seasonal, innovative menu ranges from hot breakfast and grilled panini to handcrafted salads, signature sandwiches, mouthwatering sweets and more. Favorites include light and fluffy Buttermilk Pancakes for breakfast, the grilled-to-perfection Chicken Pomodori Panini for lunch, the crave-worthy Pesto Cavatappi for dinner, and a slice of rich Cinnamon Creme Cake for dessert.
In a warm, relaxing atmosphere with murals depicting local Carmel landmarks on the wall, guests can enjoy their meals in the company of friends and family or stay connected with free WiFi and bottomless cups of hand-roasted coffee.
To celebrate Indiana’s first cafe, Corner Bakery Cafe will add excitement on opening day and throughout the first month of business with several delicious prizes and giveaways. On opening day, the first 100 guests through the doors at 7 a.m. will receive a commemorative Corner Bakery Cafe travel mug with free daily refills of hand-roasted coffee for one year. Throughout the first month of business, Corner Bakery Cafe will also hold drawings to award four lucky guests free grilled panini for a year and a free large Corner Classic catering order.

The new Clay Terrace Corner Bakery Cafe marks the first location in Indiana and is owned and operated by Cafe Indy, an experienced restaurant and franchise group. The group plans to open nine additional Corner Bakery Cafe locations throughout the state over the next five years.
